Your full-time role will include providing a full range of management duties including:

Applicants MUST have:

  • University Degree or Equivalent
  • Professional English speaking and writing Proficiency
  • Previous management experience
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products including advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Outside Sales Representative – Account Manager  

As a self-driven Sales Representative you will secure new Birdseye revenue from prospective accounts. Candidate will develop and deliver a steady stream of creative solutions to our customer’s needs with a specific focus on growing our virtual security guard replacement service within the transportation and logistics industry.

  Major Responsibilities for the position include:
  • Prospect and acquire new clients as per quota
  • Volume and revenue development through direct communication in face to face meetings, video or web meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting as well as working with internal staff to generate business opportunities
  • Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring all sales information is current (using CRM software)
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and various industry events
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Demonstrate team skills and communication with internal team members

Job Description:

 

Installations and Services
  • Manage all aspects of all CCTV installations and services
  • Review new project proposals, and develop execution plans
  • Coordinate all trades and staff
  • Provide tech support and on-site help whenever required
  • Ensure high quality workmanship by all trades
  • Maintain installation and service schedule
  • Communicate with customers
Inventory & P&E maintenance
  • Maintain stock free of unused inventory at all times
  • Inventory forecasting and maintenance of required stock
  • Manage all aspects of CCTV RMA
  • Ensure warehouse is clean and organized at all times
  • Monitor and maintain existing network infrastructure
  • Maintain wellness of vehicles, surveillance trailers and solar units

Operations Manager and Senior Technician (CCTV)

JOB OPPORTUNITIES New Installation & Service
  • Update customer and CRM records with all events and throughout each job
  • Completion of key tasks within agreed time scales
  • Manage and lead Project Managers on aspects of all CCTV installations and services
  • Ensure service on customers' site is never down for more than 30 mins.
  • Ensure high quality workmanship by all trades
  • Monitor the standards of services, customer satisfaction, staff morale and initiate or recommend appropriate timely corrective action
  • Ensure deadlines, service and maintenance contract obligations are met
  • Advise management on risk, provide technical/professional advice and ensure compliance with legislation
  • Ensure high levels of customer service, focusing on service delivery, first time fix, timely and effective communication
  • Ensure all members of staff have clear direction, feedback and recognition for their activities
  • Review new project proposals and develop execution plans
  • Provide tech support and on-site help whenever required
  • To control and reduce lost time (non-productive hours)
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key customers
  • Discipline employees within established legislative and corporate guidelines
  • Provide constant communication with employees, peers, and management
Purchasing & Inventory Control Management
  • Manage inventory by minimizing slow moving, obsolete, expired, overstock and dead items
  • Never keep stock of any items longer than 60 days
  • Ensure all inventory, both local or customer’s property, is at its appropriate place at all times
  • Accurate forecasting and maintenance of required stock
  • Ensure fitness of all equipment is at 100%
  • Create parts list for new installations
  • Liaise with the accounting and operations department to resolve receiving and inventory discrepancies and/or issues.
  • Discipline employees within established legislative and corporate guidelines
  • Recommend and implement approved Inventory Control policies and processes that relate to other departments
Plant & Equipment Maintenance
  • Ensure warehouse is clean and organized at all times
  • Ensure network is functioning in most efficient fashion
  • Maintain wellness of vehicles, trailers and pole at 100%
  • Maintains documentation on all equipment, building infrastructure, etc. such as machine manuals, assembly drawings, spare part lists, and preventive/predictive and emergency breakdown work orders/instructions
  • To coordinate with outside contractors on equipment repairs and to source the most effective repairs and upgrades cost
Estimates
  • For customers, staff and trades
  • Site surveys
  • Accurate time allotment to be accurately tabulated before each job
  • Maximum accuracy for all of the above
Record Keeping (digital format only)
  • Maintain Installation manual is up to date
  • Create new manuals for all new learnings
  • Update CRM with detailed activity with every client interaction
  • Maintaining up to date password list shared with operations
  • Video record all equipment after installation, create protocol
Innovation
  • Implement improvements to our company's infrastructure and offering
  • Educate all staff at every possible opportunity
  • Update L1S with all learnings and services
  • Ensure all services, than can be done remotely, are done by L1
  • Ensure BSI is using most efficient and cost effective way to deliver sold services
